1. Delivery timesT
At Menstrual Point, we strive to ensure that products arrive on time and in the best condition. The estimated delivery time is around one week from order confirmation, depending on location and product availability.
Please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on external factors such as transport or logistics availability. We undertake to notify you of any significant delay in delivery.
Spain (Peninsula):
Deliveries start at €3.90. For orders over €150, shipping costs are free. We try to make our service the best and ensure that delivery times are met at all times.
* Deliveries are not made on Saturdays and Sundays.
*When the order has been placed with a promotion (free shipping, discounts, Black Friday, Sales, etc.), or it is a period of high sales, shipping may take longer than indicated.
Spain (Balearic Islands):
Deliveries are made at a cost starting from €11.57.
España (Islas Canarias):
Deliveries are made at a cost starting from €17.10.
*We are not responsible if it takes longer. Since now, due to the new regulation, all merchandise goes through customs.
Western Europe, USA and rest of the world:

*When an order is refused upon delivery and returned to our warehouse, we will never refund the shipping cost, regardless of whether or not you received free shipping.
*For shipments to the Canary Islands and outside the European Union, taxes and customs duties are not included in the price of the products or the order. These costs must be paid by the end customer and never by us. If the order is returned to us because we did not accept it upon delivery, we will deduct the total charge from the return of the order.
2. Delivery address
The order will be delivered to the address you specified during the purchase process on the website.
If 15 days have passed since your order was available for delivery and the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, the courier service will return the package to us. As a result of the reshipment of the package, the customer must pay the shipping costs again so that we can send the package to your address again. If you request a refund because you do not want to pay again, the full amount will be refunded to you for the time the merchandise has been standing.

3. Return Policy
As these are hygienic products for individual use, we do not accept returns. This measure guarantees the safety and well-being of our customers by avoiding any risk associated with the handling or reuse of products.
4. Warranty for manufacturing defects
At Menstrual Point, we guarantee the quality of our products. If for any reason you receive a defective item, we offer you the possibility of exchanging it. To manage the exchange, follow these steps:
Please send a clear photo of the defect to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product.
Once we receive the photo and verify the defect, we will ask you to return the product to us.
After Once we receive and verify the item, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
Please note that exchanges only apply to products with manufacturing defects and do not cover damage resulting from misuse or normal wear and tear.
